The Officers’ Association
The Client
The Officers’ Association (OA) is the only Tri-Service charity working with the officer corps. They support former officers and their families, their widows/widowers and dependants by providing advice and financial help, where needed.
The Projects
I wrote several articles for the military charity’s website and newsletter. The articles help to promote the organisation’s employment services to current and former commissioned officers, as well as employers.
In addition, I developed an article about networking with their Employment Director. This was featured in Pathfinder Magazine, the leading UK military resettlement magazine.
The Results
The impact of this content has helped to strengthen the OA’s position as career facilitators for commissioned officers, and organisations wanting highly-skilled managers.
Since publication, the OA’s employment department and the Regular Forces Employment Association combined to form The Forces Employment Charity.
